ArmorShield® material

IPC’s RFID-Blocking Material

ArmorShield® is a proprietary alloy-based material, developed by Information Packaging, to provide a barrier to radio frequency signals that enable communication with contactless cards. ArmorShield® sleeves and envelopes complement electronic security measures to provide an additional layer of protection against skimming and unauthorized or unknown access. IPC also uses PaperTyger Defender for selected applications.

Custom and stock purchasing paths

Two Ways to Order

Use Request a Quote for custom programs, larger quantities, special printing, or custom dimensions. Use the Stock Products/Shop for available ready-to-order RFID sleeves. IPC does not combine the two paths or imply that every custom option is stocked.

Custom Design

Custom sizes, printing, or commercial quantities.

Ready to Order

Available stock RFID-blocking sleeves.

Discuss an RFID Project

Provide the card or credential type, technology or frequency if known, dimensions, quantity, intended use, printing requirements, artwork, desired construction, and any required documentation. IPC will review the information and recommend the appropriate next step.
