Eyes increased versatility with new equipment
(Macedon, N.Y. October 21, 2016) – Information Packaging Corp. (IPC), a manufacturer of specialty envelopes, continues to experience growth of their plastic card sleeve line. They have recently installed additional die cutting and folding equipment increasing their monthly manufacturing capacity to over 20 million sleeves/envelopes/carriers per month.
“The new equipment increases our flexibility in sizes, materials and fold configurations,” stated Phil Carpenter, Plant Manager. Carpenter continued, “The new equipment improves our efficiencies with heavier weight and specialty stocks up to 28pt, along with additional folding options such as folders, pillow packs, light weight board boxes, and mailers.”

The new equipment also has the functionality to tip a card sleeve onto a carrier, as well as the ability to insert a card into a holder during manufacturing.
